From a fortnight ago till date,the Nigerian Currency has been facing pressures in the world market, resulting in its devalue as a result of the fall in oil prices,which is a major revenue for Nigeria as one of the Oil Producing frontiers in the world.Dr Sarah Alade of the Central Bank of Nigeria says CBN has been and will still defend the Nigerian currency.Its a battle for two weeks now.The Naira dropped by two percent.Analyst says it could still still drop by 10-15%.Its a major blow for the Nigerian currency. As CBN keeps looking for measures to tackle this,isn't it high time we looked into other Nigerian mineral resources like Tin, Coal, Cocoa to mention but a few?
